Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Your account and course access are personal and may not be sold, shared, or transferred.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account and should report unauthorized access promptly.

Course access and payments

Prices and course inclusions are displayed before purchase. Paid access is activated only after successful payment confirmation. Availability, curriculum, instructors, and supporting materials may be updated to keep courses accurate and useful.

Permitted use

• Course videos, files, branding, and written material are owned by or licensed to Yarana Academy.
• You may use course material for personal learning but may not reproduce, record, redistribute, resell, scrape, or publicly share it without written permission.
• You may not bypass access controls, disrupt the platform, upload malicious content, or use the service unlawfully.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where there is account sharing, payment fraud, content piracy, abusive conduct, a security threat, or another material breach of these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Learning outcomes and availability

Courses are educational resources. We do not guarantee employment, income, certification by a third party, or a particular result. We aim to keep the service available but may perform maintenance or experience interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Liability and governing law

To the extent permitted by law, Yarana Academy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the competent courts in India.
